  3. WinPopUp is a small "Neato" utility.  Hope you get a kick out of it.

  5. How to set up WinPopUp:
  6.  
  7. WinPopUp is a Windows program, and must be run from Windows.  Place all
  8. files of WinPopUp(.exe .hlp .ico) in the same directory, and run it from
  9. windows, or add it into the Program Manager by creating a new program
  10. object for it (Select "New...", and then "Program Item" from the Program
  11. Manager menu.)  When WinPopUp is run, it is initially minimized as an
  12. icon.  Double-click it and make sure to select INFORMATION and ABOUT from
  13. the menu to get more info on it.
